How much could your firm unlock from after-hours callouts?
Three sliders. Conservative defaults, no email gate.
Assumptions: 30 enquiries per engineer/month, 70% recovery, 55% intake-to-booked. Trade enquiries are higher-intent than legal or estate-agent leads. Commercial or insurance-led work: contact us for a tailored model.

Trade-aware bot scope
The bot books, qualifies, and dispatches. It does not quote prices a real engineer hasn't signed off, does not diagnose faults, does not promise insurance-claim outcomes. Gas Safe and NICEIC verification claims are never auto-confirmed by the bot. Hand-off to your engineer for anything safety-critical.
-
Insurance and emergency-friendly
Vulnerable callers, gas leaks, electrical-shock incidents, and flood emergencies are flagged and routed to a human or a 999 prompt, not auto-booked. Job-management writes pass to your existing tools so the on-call rota and dispatch board stay your single source of truth.

Questions trade firms ask first.
Will the bot quote prices for jobs?
Only the prices you've signed off in advance. Standard callout fees, fixed-price boiler services, fixed-price safety certificates, MOTs and gas safety inspections, anything you publish on a price list, the bot can quote verbatim. For diagnosis-dependent work (a leak, a fault, a complex install) the bot collects the job details and books a paid engineer visit, it does not invent a number. This protects you from the kind of quote-promise-meets-reality dispute that escalates into Trustpilot complaints.
Does Clevaa actually pick up at 23:30 on a Sunday?
Yes. The bot is on voice, WhatsApp, and web 24 hours a day, every day. Out-of-hours calls get the same intake quality as 10am Tuesday: greeting, problem capture, address, urgency triage, callback or callout offer. If the job is genuinely emergency-only (gas leak, electrical shock risk, severe flood) the bot prompts a 999 redirect and texts your on-call rota the brief before the customer hangs up.
Will it work with ServiceM8, Powered Now, Tradify, Joblogic, Commusoft, Simpro, or Gas Engineer Software?
Yes. Clevaa is job-management-agnostic and writes intake details, customer contacts, address, and urgency level to whatever your engineers already use. ServiceM8, Powered Now, Tradify, Joblogic, Commusoft, Simpro, Fergus, BigChange, Gas Engineer Software, plus generic calendar tools (Cal.com, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). If your tool isn't in our connector library we set the webhook up by hand during onboarding.
Can it dispatch the job to the right engineer?
Yes. During setup we map your engineers, vans, geographies, and skill tiers (Gas Safe vs general plumbing, NICEIC vs general electrical, vetted-installer vs apprentice). The bot uses postcode plus job-type to allocate, then writes to your dispatch board. For complex jobs that need a senior engineer, the bot escalates to a human triage queue rather than guessing.
What about Gas Safe and NICEIC verification claims?
The bot will state the engineer registration numbers your firm has provided, but it will never auto-confirm registration on a customer's behalf. If a homeowner asks 'is your gas engineer Gas Safe registered?', the bot answers from the live register data your firm keeps current. We do not let the bot manufacture verification claims. Customers are pointed to the public Gas Safe Register and NICEIC search if they want to double-check.
How fast is setup, and what's the pricing?
Two-stage. The bot itself is live in 30 seconds: paste your firm URL, the agent reads your services, opening hours, callout fees, and FAQs, and goes live on your site, WhatsApp Business, and inbound voice number. Trade-aware bot scope drawing (what the bot may and may not say, dispatch logic, escalation triggers for safety-critical calls) is a one-off sign-off step that adds typically 1 to 3 working days before public launch. Pricing is flat-rate Starter, Core, or Plus. No per-call fees, no per-conversation overage, no surprise minutes-bundle. Multi-branch operations speak to us directly for a tailored deal.
Do you handle multilingual customers in London, Birmingham, and Manchester trades?
Yes. 12+ languages, spoken natively, not translated through Google. Defaults cover English, Polish, Romanian, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Mandarin, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. Roughly 14% of UK residents speak a language other than English at home (ONS Census 2021). For London, Birmingham, and Manchester trade firms with non-English-speaking customers, this routinely lifts qualified-job intake by 8 to 15%.
What happens to the data, and is it GDPR-compliant?
Customer data including call transcripts, addresses, and job details is hosted on Hetzner Germany under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train models on your customer conversations and never share data with sub-processors outside your retention window. Your firm controls retention and deletion policy. We sign Data Processing Agreements at signup as standard. Clevaa is operated by Revenuru Ltd, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under ICO ZB851355.
