Is Clevaa GDPR-compliant for UK businesses?
Yes. Clevaa is operated by Revenuru Ltd, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under ZB851355. Customer data is hosted in the EEA (Hetzner Germany) under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We sign Data Processing Agreements by default at signup, no extra step.

How long does it take to set up Clevaa for a new industry?

Can Clevaa handle multilingual customer queries?
Yes. 12+ languages out of the box (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish). The agent auto-detects the visitor's language and replies in it. No flag to flip, no per-language fee.

Do you charge per conversation?
No. Flat-rate plans. Starter, Core, and Plus are priced per agent, not per conversation.
