Is Clevaa GDPR-compliant for UK dental and aesthetic clinics?

Yes. Customer data including patient PII and conversation transcripts lives on Hetzner Germany under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Operated by Revenuru Ltd, registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO ZB851355). Patient health data is treated as special-category under Article 9: never stored as symptom-text, never used to train models, never surfaced in unencrypted form. We sign Data Processing Agreements at signup, no extra step.

Does Clevaa give clinical advice or replace a clinician?

No. Clevaa books consults, handles rebookings, takes deposits, answers fee and opening-hours questions, and routes urgent or vulnerable callers to a human. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, does not interpret symptoms. The bot scope is drawn with you during setup and signed off against the GDC Standards for the Dental Team before you go live.

Will Clevaa work with Dentally, SOE, Carestream, or my existing PMS?

Yes. Clevaa is PMS-agnostic and writes bookings, intake details, and deposits to whatever your team already uses. That includes Dentally, Software of Excellence, Carestream, iSmile, EXACT, and CleverPMS, plus generic calendar tools (Cal.com, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365). Can Clevaa handle aesthetics-specific enquiries (Botox, filler, treatment ranges)?

Yes. Aesthetics is a first-class scenario. The bot quotes from your published treatment menu, takes deposits via Stripe or your booking engine, and books a consult. It will not recommend a specific treatment for a specific patient. Scotland's March 2026 licensing reform and the forthcoming rest-of-UK regulation (JCCP / Save Face) are accounted for in the bot's pre-licence prompt scope.
